90-Day Warranty Policy

If the device you purchased is found to be defective or experiences a problem, we will gladly provide a replacement, subject to availability, upon the item's return within 90 days of your receipt of delivery.

Warranty Process

Contact Us First: Before returning the item, please contact us through eBay messaging to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Return the Item: Once the RMA is initiated, return the defective item to us. We will verify its condition upon receipt.

Replacement or Refund:

Replacement: If available, a replacement item will be sent to you free of charge.

No Replacement Available: If the same model is no longer available, we will offer either a replacement of similar or better value or a full refund.

Warranty Conditions

Valid for 90 Days: This warranty applies only to defects or problems reported within 90 days of the original delivery date.

Warranty Void: The warranty is void if the device is:

  • Modified
  • Opened
  • Unlocked
  • Rooted

The operating system has been changed

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by buyer neglect, misuse, or abuse.
