Return Policy

Reboot City accepts returns on eligible products within 30 days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, you must:

  • Keep the item in the same condition as received

  • Include all original accessories, packaging, and components

  • Provide proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Products damaged by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us at support@rebootcity.com with your order details.

Once we approve your request:

  • We will send you return instructions

  • You may need to cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error

We may reject unauthorized returns.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will issue an approved refund to your original payment method

  • Processing times depend on your payment provider

We do not refund shipping fees unless we caused the issue.

Exchanges

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement based on availability. If we cannot replace the item, we will issue a refund.

Warranty Disclaimer (Refurbished Products)

We test and verify all rebooted (refurbished) products before sale to ensure proper working condition.

Unless stated otherwise, we sell all products “as is” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limited Warranty (If Offered)

If we offer a limited warranty, we will clearly state it on the product listing.

When a warranty applies:

  • The warranty starts on the delivery date

  • It covers functional defects under normal use

  • It does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs

We will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

Chargebacks and Disputes

You agree to contact Reboot City before filing a chargeback or dispute. We may restrict accounts that bypass this process.

Condition of Rebooted Products

Our rebooted products may show minor cosmetic wear from prior use. We do not classify cosmetic wear as a defect unless we state otherwise in the product listing.
