At Reboot City, we proudly stand behind the quality of every product we sell. That’s why all items include a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

If your device develops a defect within this period, we’ll make it right with a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.

Before returning any item:

2️⃣ Return the Item

    • 📦 Once your RMA is approved, send the item back to us

    • 🔍 Our team will inspect the device to verify the reported issue


3️⃣ Replacement or Refund

After inspection, we’ll provide one of the following:

    • 🔁 Replacement: If the same model is available, we’ll ship it to you free of charge

    • Alternative Option: If the model is unavailable, we’ll offer a similar or higher-value replacement

    • 💳 Full Refund: If a replacement isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund

    • 🗓️ Valid for 90 days from delivery

    • 🔧 Covers verified defects or functional issues


❌ What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to devices that have been:

    • 🔓 Modified, opened, unlocked, or rooted

    • 💻 Subject to operating system changes

    • ⚠️ Damaged due to neglect, misuse, accidental damage, or abuse
